Rates
These are the same prices as on the advertise page. Checkout authorizes the card. We capture the charge only if we approve the placement.

Newsletter sponsorship is not offered. Custom display sizes are quoted on request and are not sold through checkout.
How a hold works
We authorize the card at checkout. We do not charge it then.
If we approve, we capture the charge, create the piece unpublished, and publish it in a separate step.
If we reject it, or if we have not decided within 5 days, we cancel the authorization. You are not charged.
One round of changes can be requested while the hold is still open.
