Corrections
We are committed to accuracy. If you find an error in our coverage, please let us know.
Our Corrections Policy
We review all correction requests within 24 hours. Factual corrections are noted at the top of the affected article with the date of correction and a description of what was changed. We do not silently edit articles to remove errors.
- Corrections fix a factual error: a wrong name, date, number, quote, or claim. Each one is noted on the article and listed in the log below.
- Clarifications add context when a statement was accurate but could mislead. They are noted and logged the same way.
- Updates add new information after publication. The article carries a dated note saying what changed.
- Spelling, grammar, and formatting fixes that do not change meaning are made without a note.
- Removals. We do not unpublish stories to hide mistakes. If an article must come down for legal or safety reasons, we record that here.
Anyone can ask for a correction, including the people and companies we write about. Use the form below, or email hello@thepublishingtimes.com with the article link, what is wrong, and a source for the correct information.
See our full Editorial Standards for more details on how we handle corrections.
