Purchased product records are retained for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Upon a valid erasure request, we will delete or anonymise personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. AI Chat Assistant

The Site may offer an AI-powered chat assistant for publishing questions. Messages are processed to generate responses. Transcripts may be retained for quality and product improvement and are not sold. A consent notice is shown before the first chat. You may request deletion via the contact form.

12. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us so we can delete it.
